EECS Help Request Ticket
The EECS Help Request Ticket System is designed to provide users the most effective way of communicating to the EECS Help Staff of issues they are having with EECS systems. A series of pages containing questions will be presented to the user. Please answer the questions to the best of your ability and submit the request for processing. If the system determines an answer wasn't provided in the best matter, it will ask you to try again.
- Instructor Requests: This option is for notification of issues directly impacting the teaching of a class, discussion or lab.
- General Requests: This option is a request for assistance for issues with personal accounts, lab machines in a non-class setting and general technical knowledge about EECS resources.
